Yoga for fertility and women's health

Yogatility® offers support if you are struggling with how your mind and body feels as you try to conceive. The aim is to encourage you to move and breathe in a more supportive way so that you can work with your body, instead of against it. It is a safe place where you can embrace and process how you really feel.
A deep desire to have a family can have a profound affect on every aspect of your life. During such times of intense stress you may feel overwhelmed, anxious and out of control. This can all make the rollercoaster of trying to conceive seem even more difficult. My aim is to provide support wherever you are on your fertility journey and encourage you to have a better relationship with your body by empowering you with tools (in the form of yoga and breath work) to help you cope with unexpected challenges. This experience is all about cultivating a healthy relationship with your body and ultimately taking better care during this challenging time. Whilst you may feel out of control, one of the things you can control is prioritising your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
My approach is friendly, gentle and compassionate. I ask you to come with an open mind and forget what you think yoga should look like. My unique approach combines breath work, yoga, cutting-edge somatic yoga, embodiment practices and nervous system regulation.
For times when you maybe feeling alone, overwhelmed or, a bit lost and in need of some tlc. The membership aims to support you in those in between moments and help you prioritise your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The membership encourages a regular yoga practice. The practices within the membership are as little as 10 minutes and have all been designed with the uniqueness of fertility in mind.
For times when you need one on one support. When you feel like you don't know which way to turn, Yogatility's bespoke private sessions will create a space where you can slow down and reconnect your mind and body. These sessions are tailored to the uniqueness of you and your situation and can be done in the comfort of your home via zoom.
The aim of this session is to encourage you to listen to how you are feeling and slow down to give your mind and body the time it needs to nurture and support itself.

Please note that the yoga portion of these calls are gentle and do not require experience practising yoga. If you are new to yoga then I will adapt any sessions accordingly. I believe anyone can learn yoga and implement its' transferable skills into everyday life.
